The Face-To-Face Event has three components:

Workshops on various subjects relevant to the search process are offered during the two day event and search committee members may attend any workshop during free time. A schedule of available workshops will be provided in the Registration packet that you will receive when you arrive on site.

Continuing Education Program

Ministers and candidates are invited to attend a continuing education workshop focusing on pastoral leadership. This event precedes the actual Face-to-Face interviewing time.

Face-To-Face Interview Schedule

May 31-June 1, 2002
Union-PSCE

The Management Team schedules interviews for participants in the Opportunity time slots. All ministers and candidates from sponsoring presbyteries and Union-PSCE must interview in person and will receive their interview schedule when they arrive on site.

Only ministers and candidates from non-sponsoring presbyteries and seminaries may choose to interview in person or through the telephone conference options. If interviewing in person at Face-to-Face, you will receive your interview schedule when you arrive on site. If interviewing by phone, the Management Team will send you your interview schedule in the mail.

During Face-To-Face It Is Very Important That You Check The Interview Schedule Boards Frequently For Changes.

12 noon - 1 p.m. Registration in Lingle Hall
1:00 p.m. Worship and Overview in Watts Hall
2:00 p.m. Opportunity 1 - 40 minutes
Debriefing - 20 minutes
3:00 p.m. Opportunity 2 - 40 minutes
Debriefing - 20 minutes
4:00 p.m. Opportunity 3 - 40 minutes
Debriefing - 20 minutes
5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Dinner break
7:00 p.m. Opportunity 4 - 40 minutes
Debriefing - 20 minutes
8:00 p.m. Opportunity 5 - 40 minutes

Evaluation meeting for presbytery reps.
